2 TIPS FOR A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP
The quality of your relationship is a key component of your overall health and general feeling of wellbeing. That is why it’s important to take every possible advantage you can get to ensure that the satifaction that is felt between yourself and your partner, stays in tact. To that end, I have 2 tips to offer you in today’s blog post.
TIP 1: AVOID ARGUMENTS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
Arguing is one of the most effective ways to kill the attraction in a relationship. If you want to ensure that your partner gets completely fed up of you, go ahead and cause a scene at every opportunity. Of course, doing that would mean that the relationship would burn out sooner rather than later, and you would then be in a situation where you were having to try to get your ex back. My message to you is to say that you should not allow it to get to the point where you need to start looking out for the signs your ex wants you back – instead, keep that person as your long-term partner without issue by avoiding arguments whenever you can.
TIP 2: ALLOW YOUR PARTNER TO FEEL A LITTLE JEALOUS SOMETIMES
A lot of jealous feelings can result in a relationship heading south very quickly, but a tinge of jealousy here and there, is actually very healthy for a relationship. If your partner suspects that there may be other people who show an interest in you, romantically speaking, that will keep your partner’s motivation to keep you, high. Your partner will sense that a challenge is present, and having your partner on their toes in this way is a great way to maintain the passion and attraction between you. Of course though, jealousy can be easily overdone, and if you manage to overdo it, your partner may get fed up with you and it could lead to a break up. In that scenario you would then have to try to work out a way to get your partner back, and jealousy wouldn’t be the best thing to create here because provoking jealousy in your ex can cause further problems.
Hopefully you will find those 2 tips useful in maintaining and perhaps even enhancing the health of your relationship, which of course will in turn serve to boost your physical and mental health too.
